☆where do you ship?
i can ship everywhere EXCEPT the following:

GPSR notice:
unfortunately i am unable to ship to the EU and EEA due to the new GPSR laws, i sincerely apologies to anyone who was looking to order from me
i will be keeping an eye on any news & updates regarding this law. if/when changes are made to make it easier for me to ship to the eu and eea then i will do asap!

USA Shipping notice:
i will be continuing to ship to the USA. with my current shipping provider, customs and handling fees are collected when I purchase the shipping label, which my shop's shipping fee covers. however, USA customers please keep in mind that addition customs may be charged, which I am not resposible for
international buyers may prefer to order from my etsy shop instead, as VAT is collected upon payment. international orders placed via my site may be charged VAT and customs when entering the destination country.

☆can i host a group order?
yes, group orders are welcome! however, if you plan on hosting a group order please contact me via email or instagram dms to let me know where you're located and which items you'd like to order. i will add up the costs and send a link for you to pay via paypal, instead of ordering directly through my shop
☆how long will my order take to arrive?
most orders should take between 3-7 days to dispatch. uk orders can take between 1-3 to arrive and international orders can take between 3-14 to arrive.
☆can i cancel or refund my order?
i do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges. if you have an issue with your order please fill in the contact form, include your order number and i will get back to you within 48 hours :)
☆i have recieved the wrong item or am missing an item from my order?
please fill in the contact form, include your order number and i will get back to you within 48 hours.
☆my order hasn't arrived. what should i do?
international orders may encounter extra delays. please wait 4 weeks before contacting your local postal service.
if needed, please contact me via the contact form and i can open a case with royal mail for you, but please note that i am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen mail once it has left my hands.
☆a note on sustainability
i aim to reduce waste where possible and keep my packaging as plastic free as i can. as such most orders will use paper packaging.
however some products (namely pc holders and keychains) arrive to me already individually packaged in plastic bags. i personally feel that it is less wasteful to use the original packaging, rather than throw it away and replace it all with paper alternatives.
acrylic products like pc holders, pins and keychains arrive to me with a clear, plastic film on them to protect the items from scratches. these are left on the products and will need to be peeled off by the recipient.
if you do place an order, i kindly ask that you recycle or reuse as much of the packaging as possible :)
